laundering regulations we will need to either arrange one meeting or
you will need a solicitor (approved by
myself) to certify your
identification

satisfactory proof of your identity and address |

A risk assessment
will be carried out before we proceed with our business relationship, in
order to comply with the anti-money laundering regulations
|
|
A free
consultation will be carried out, either in person (one
hour) or in the form of a
questionnaire and telephone conversation (or
a combination of the two) |

|
A
form 64-8 giving me authority to communicate with HM Revenue &
Customs will need to be signed for tax work |
